Free-cancellation rates can be cancelled according to the fare or room rules shown at checkout. Non-refundable rates are not refunded except where a supplier or local law requires it.
Airline tickets follow airline fare rules. Hotel penalties are set by the property. Activity and transfer cancellations depend on the operator cutoff time.
Refunds are processed by the backend after supplier confirmation. This page is policy UI only until CMS content is connected.
